Stan
E-RYT 200, RYT-500, YACEP
Stan began yoga in the winter of 2000/01 to ease chronic neck and back pain after 20+ years in construction, and the relief was immediate.
He completed teacher training at Third Street Yoga in 2012, earned RYT 200 in 2013, and began teaching that same year. He later completed RYT 500 through Yoga H’om in 2016, with additional training in Yin Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, Pranayama, and Neuroscience & Yoga, plus workshops. He studies and trains regularly at the Satchidananda Ashram (Yogaville, VA).
His classes blend classical Hatha with a vinyasa influence, emphasizing breath, alignment, and the uplifting spiritual benefits of a consistent practice.

RYT 200
Catherine is a compassionate, trauma-sensitive yoga teacher who completed her YTT-200 at Yoga H’Om and is currently training for her YTT-300 and Prenatal Yoga Certification there. Monica
E-RYT 200
Monica’s yoga journey began after a serious car accident in high school left her with years of chronic lower-back pain. Strength training and a yoga class at her local gym became a turning point, leading her to YogaFit in 2005 and eventually to Donna Dyer’s Yoga H’om—where yoga evolved from exercise into deep mind-body healing.
She completed Yoga H’om’s 200-hour training in 2011 and has continued to expand her teaching through Aerial Yoga (certified in 2016), TRX Suspension Training, and Iron Yoga (NETA), blending yoga with strength, stability, and balance. A black belt with Premier Martial Arts, Monica also weaves Tai Chi and Qigong influences into her classes and continues to study with respected teachers including Gina Caputo, Rodney Yee, Max Strom, and Jason Crandell. Her goal is to help students feel stronger, grounded, and free—on and off the mat.
