Located in the western suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA, (Robinson Township area) Yoga H'om offers a full range of classes for all levels, including Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Gentle yoga, Prenatal yoga, as well as workshops, retreats, and private classes.

Exercise for Two
The lead article in the Living section of the Tribune Review on the November 26, 2013, “Exercise for Two” states that working out may help boost a child’s brain development. The Prenatal class at Magee Woman’s Hospital is profiled and our own, Patti Schmitt, the teacher of that class, is quoted. It would appear that not only the mothers but the babies, too, can benefit from exercise and activity during pregnancy. And what better way than a gentle, contemplative Prenatal Yoga class. Prenatal yoga improves focus, breathing and strength better preparing the mother for labor and delivery. It also relieves some of the usually pregnancy woes of fatigue, low back pain and sleeplessness. Join Patti at Yoga H'OM every Thursday at 7pm for Pitttsburgh's Prenatal Yoga class. Drop in and see how you and your child can benefit by practicing together.
