Intro to Yoga 5 Week Series

For new beginners or existing students wanting to review the basics.

Learn to safely perform yogic postures, transitions and breathing techniques.
Meets Sundays at noon for 4 weeks ( 4/3, 10, 24, 5/1)- the 5th class is your choice from the current regular class schedule.
Missed classes can be made up with any other studio class.
$60 for 5 classes
