Beginners Workshop 101 POSTPONED

Postponed until the spring. Learn the basics of yoga in an intimate non-competitive environment. We will explore the shape of poses, fundamental actions and alignment points as well as how to "listen to your body" to keep yourself safe, strong and flexible.
BIO
Lilith Bailey-Kroll MFA, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, has over two decades of experience with the therapeutic benefits of yoga, she presents information straightforward and to the point. Working with her you quickly learn that what we practice is not necessarily important, but how we practice is the actual key to creating a healthy body and balance mind-body-spirit.
