Learn how to use supported relaxation as a neutralizer for stress. Experience deep mental and physical relaxation while using props to support the body in yoga postures. Create a calm environment for your body and mind to find balance. This class will focus on improving physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. We will focus on yoga postures and breathing to ease back tension and promote relaxation.
All levels class great for new students, teachers, students needing a slow paced class. Invaluable for anyone experiencing lower back pain, shoulder or hip tension and anyone at all who is stressed (Who isn’t?).
