Thursdays, 5:45 - 6:45 PM: Are you pregnant? Have you recently delivered a baby and are ready to get back on your mat? Take this opportunity to nurture yourself with other moms-to-be and new moms.

The Five Tibetan Rites~ with Kendell Romanelli
The Five Tibetan Rites are an exercise series renowned for increasing strength, improving memory, helping promote detoxification, reversing aging and balancing the Chakras. In this workshop we will combine the practice of the Five Tibetans Rites with Kundalini exercises and flowing vinyasa sequences to help us move through the stress of the season. Variations will be demonstrated so that everyone will feel comfortable with the exercises. We will close class with a meditation for peace and harmony and a guided deep relaxation. The workshop will be supported with live guitar music to help deepen the practice. A perfect practice before the Thanksgiving Holiday!
