Are you pregnant and beyond your first trimester?  Have you recently delivered a baby and are ready to get back on your mat?  Take this opportunity to nurture yourself with other moms-to-be annd new moms.  Pre/Post-natal yoga can help women to become stronger, more flexible and get back in shape after delivery, but in a way that is safe and compassionate.  Focus is important during childbirth and while caring for a newborn, pre/post-natal yoga can help you learn to focus and relax.  A heightened sense of breathing awareness through pranayama (breath work) can help with deep breathing through labor and keep you calm during times of stress with your newborn.  Pre/post-natal yoga can help you deal with the constantly changing emotions and help you find acceptance with the ever changing body.  Newborns are welcome!
