We invite you to bring your children to adult classes if they are of an attentive age and will not be disruptive to other students.
For younger children we offer yoga for children. Please use your best judgment.
YOGA FOR CHILDREN
Yoga for children is a natural way to exercise, relax, focus, and strengthen the body-mind-spirit connection. Studies show that yoga is an effective self-help therapy for ADD/ADHD, Autism, and general health and well-being of all children. Enjoy yoga games and songs, breathing techniques, relaxing visualizations, and fun, fun, fun yoga movements for all ages and abilities. Enjoy!

This fun hour long, interactive class includes yoga games, partner poses, and breathing exercises that will benefit both children and adults. Don’t miss out on this great way to share quality time with one or more of your children, ages 4-9.
