Discover new space in your body with the support of yoga chairs.  Chairs offer new ways to explore, experience, and learn asanas.  In this class chairs and other props will be utilized to enable practitioners to perform poses that may otherwise be too difficult, to stay longer and relax in challenging poses, to investigate asanas more deeply, and to achieve correct alignment – all  which leads to attaining the full benefit and experience a deepening your practice. Yoga experience helpful. Space is limited so please register early.
