New Beginner Session:  For brand new beginners.  This session will teach you the basics of breathing and postures with other new beginners.

                                     This is a great place to start!  Priced at just $30 for all 4 classes.  Please call or e-mail to pre-register.

Beginner level 1/2:  Geared toward new beginners.  These classes are instructional and moderately paced. All are welcome.

Mixed levels:  A more vigorous style class and Hot Yoga.  For beginners and experienced students in good physical health.

Intermediate level 2/3:  For students who are familiar with surya namaskar (sun salutations) and standing postures. 

                       Arm balances, deep backbends and inversions will be explored. Thursday evening workshop focuses on a particular area of the

                       body each week to allow deeper exploration.

Int/Adv level 3/4:  This class is led by the instructor who will practice with you.  We will explore challenging postures including advanced

                        arm balances, backbends and inversions.  In addition to surya namaskar and standing postures, students should be

                        regularly practicing sirsasana (headstand), urdvha dhanurasana (backbend), and handstand (at the wall).
